By connecting the quote form from your websites to BeeTrip, as soon as a traveler submits it, the request automatically arrives on BeeTrip to be processed.
On the traveler space, you can integrate a confirmation form with a signature. As soon as the traveler submits it, you will be notified and have a record in your emails.
Once the proposal is validated, replace the confirmation form with a document collection form for the items you need: passports, insurance, signed contract…
After the trip, you can once again replace the form with one for collecting feedback. Notes, comments, photos… It’s up to you to ask for whatever you need.
