Be informed when travelers consult your travel quotes. Better still, you can decide to receive notifications only after a period of inactivity. For example, if the traveler views your document after 5 days of inactivity, you’ll be notified directly. Commercially speaking, this is very useful information to know if it’s time to get back in touch.

You can ask your traveler to confirm the proposal from your traveler space. They will then click on an “opt-in” checkbox to confirm and also add their signature.
Once the proposal is validated, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.
The traveler will easily be able to send you all the necessary documents, whether they are signed PDFs, fitness certificates, photos, etc. This system allows for bulk sharing of various required content types.
The traveler will have the opportunity to share their experience with you and agree to illustrate it with their photos. They will also be able to confirm whether they allow the use of their testimonial on your communication materials or social media.
